Qualified Properties, Inc. is a commercial real estate firm that has enjoyed an excellent reputation among its clients and in the industry for over 35 years. Our focus is on commercial and investment real estate. We have sold hundreds of millions of dollars worth of commercial and investment real estate in various industries, and we work hard to represent our clients.

OUR CLIENTS

Over the years, Qualified Properties has represented a wide variety of clients, such as individual investors, end-users, the R.T.C., the F.D.I.C., various insurance companies, R.E.I.T.s, banks and other types of lending institutions, as well as corporate and institutional investors. Much of our business comes from repeat clients, and we enjoy the long-term relationships that we have developed over the years.

OUR TEAM

Our brokers and agents have diverse business backgrounds. Most of our agents have been in business for themselves in the past, and they draw upon that experience and knowledge for the benefit of our clients. Our collaborative (rather than cut-throat) approach means that each client benefits from the collective, broad-based experience and knowledge of our entire team for each deal.

REPRESENTATIVE TRANSACTIONS AND INDUSTRIES SERVED

Past sales have included industrial facilities, warehouses, office buildings, big box retail, apartment projects, houses of worship, medical sites, restaurants, and a host of other specialized properties. We have also successfully marketed and sold raw land of various sizes and uses, including a 600-acre tract of prime commercial property on a major interstate. Additionally, we have negotiated commercial leases in a variety of complex transactions, such as sale-leaseback and build-to-suit transactions.

CORE MARKET AREA

Qualified Properties is located in Pasadena, Harris County, Texas, a suburb of the greater Houston area. Our core market is located along the industrial zone of the Galveston/Houston ship channel, which includes 55 miles of continuous petrochemical refinery and industrial shipping facilities. While our core market is the southeast portion of Harris County, we have represented clients in transactions throughout Texas and into neighboring states.

Despite the wide variety of clients among differing industries and properties, one thing remains the same – our team works hard on every deal, no matter the size of the deal. We cooperate with other brokerage firms, and belong to a number of local chambers of commerce and economic development associations. We are strictly a commission-based firm – commissions are typically paid only upon the sale and closing of your property.
