Herman Williams was raised in the Pasadena, Texas, and he later raised his family there. Herman joined the Qualified Properties team in April 2006 after working in the menswear specialty store business for 39 years, with the last 32 years as co-owner of Rountree-Williams Menswear in Southeast Houston. Since joining our team, Herman has sold and leased every sector of commercial real estate, including retail, office, and industrial. With his background, including a number of years in retail, Herman brings well-suited expertise to a number of prospective clients.

Community Associations. Community involvement has been important in Herman’s free time. He has been a member of East End Lions Club for nine years, serving on its board and as President. Herman also served on the local Red Cross board for six years. He has been a member of the Rotary Club of Pasadena since 1989, serving on its board of directors for a number of years and as Club President from 1999-2000. Herman presently serves as President of the Pasadena Rotary Club Foundation.
Herman has been active with the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce for over 20 years, currently serving on the Board of Directors, where he was Chairman of the Board in 2002. He is a Founding Director of the Pasadena Independent School District Education Foundation, serving as President from 2002-2004 and still serving on the Board of Directors. Herman has been recognized with numerous awards, including Pasadena Rotarian of the Year in 2001, Pasadena Chamber Citizen of the Year in 2004, and PISD Citizen of the Year in 2007.
Professional Associations. Herman is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
